My experience was great, whilst initially speaking with the Guys on the phone they gave me some troubleshooting ideas to try on the machine. Your advice was almost successful but alas I did have to succumb to dropping it in for you to solve. A couple of small replacement parts fixed the issues and we were brewing again. These people were fantastic, they sent us a tailored quote with different options to fit our budget and explained which machine would be best suited.
